I wouldn't be surprised if we see a bunch of stuff like this in the next few years. Touring is farking expensive and the pandemic turned a crap shoot into craps with loaded dice. Not just older but many bands and artists will makeba living doing a handful of festival gigs where they get paid in advance and all they have to do is show up fulfill the contract and go home.

I hate it for him though.  If he still wants to tour I wish he could.

I had that t shirt - white with black half sleeves? Got it from my cousin, who probably stole it from you. He was a shady bastard back in the day.

Touring is where artists make money. Not albums or videos, merchandising and ticket sales.

Mine was all white white Ozzy and Jake E Lee on the front and by the time it got nabbed it had been cut down to a sleeveless "muscle" shirt, which is why it became my gym class sweatfest attire. Most shirts like that look like crap on me but that one turned some gals heads whenever our class had to run laps around the campus because some dingus f-ed up a piece of training room equipment.
