So my guess about what NJPW was going to do with their STRONG show was way off. I thought they would merge it with ROH and use it as a way to get newer talent more exposure (and get ROH folks in NJPW events). However, that's not the case. Instead, they seem to be planning to do monthly live events, such as Battle of the Valley, offer it live on PPV and then chop it up into three or four episodes of STRONG. Not sure if I am a fan of that as most people that don't watch the events live will get the results before it airs weekly. Oh and it's all going thru the NJPW streaming site (IIRC). 

I love NJPW but I am not sure this was the right move here. Also, Jericho announced Rocky Romero vs Yuya Uemura for the CMLL World Welterweight Championship on the Jericho Cruise. So AEW pivoting from AAA to CMLL (which would make things easier for NJPW too)???
