Questions will evolve into
Do boys touch you yet
Then
Do boys touch you here yet

These sick farks are jumping to the Nazi perv part of a Nazi takeover because they think they can.

Medical information is just That, and protected personal information.

Shut them down.

The party of Small Government™ ...Just small enough to come between your vagina and your doctor.

If they know your menstrual cycle, then they can monitor if you become pregnant. If they know if you're pregnant, then they can know if you got an abortion. Then, if they know you got an abortion, then they can prosecute you, even if you got the abortion legally in another state or by chemical inducements.

/The slow creep of authoritarianism continues.

How old is it when we tell kids they can start medically altering their bodies with hormones and drugs to change gender again?

I think everyone should back the fark off them.

It's not the question on the form, it's the reporting bullshiat
My kids have had to have similar questioners, usually for band, the dr checks the questions, the form goes into the little shiats medical file and the school gets a standard form letter saying they are healthy enough to do said activity without danger

This is just bullshiat, by people with no concept of the future

That conversation should be between a kid, their parents and a doctor and NOBODY ELSE.

That's an excellent way to destroy high school sports programs for all kids.

Remember when conservatives were all "it's just going to be a yes or no from the kids doctor. They're not going to keep records about menstrual cycles or anything crazy like that."

Conservatives are the threat to kids.

Male athletes to be asked about their first and most recent wet dream and their flatulence frequency.

All that data should be available by employers so's they can make sure the womens don't lie about they periods to get out of work.  That's good business sense.

// it will happen

2023-02-01 8:44:39 AM
In December, state Sen. Lori Berman, D-Delray Beach, said she'd introduce a measure during the 2023 session to prohibit school districts from collecting athletes' medical histories as part of the annual registration process.

Yeah, I'm sure the Party of Personal Questions will jump at the chance to vote for that proposal...

I can think of a number of nefarious reasons the state might want to know this. I cannot think of a single legitimate one. How on earth are they trying to defend this?

Give it 5 years, it won't as soon as they remove Title IX thanks to a 6-3 howler monkey contingent on the supreme court. "Our founding fathers never wrote the constitution as a protection for sports. Original Intent, Framers, Activist Court, Liberal Agenda, and furthermore Such As."

Supreme Court cares not who the Speaker is. It's why McConnnell did everyone so dirty to get 3 hand-picked on that court.
That's why Dobbs happened. Didn't matter who was in control of congress or the executive. Someone brings a lawsuit, Supreme Court strikes what they don't like down as "unconstitutional". Essentially repealing any law they don't like. Then a gridlocked congress has to attempt to pass something to fix that now missing hole.

Repeat until women are property again.

I see people who swear that they're willing to violate trans people's rights and safety when it comes to bathrooms, because they only want to "protect the privacy of women". But if some other way to attack trans people opens up, they don't hesitate even a picosecond to throw women and girls under the bus.

Cheron: So other than asking uncomfortable questions what is the point. Will they exclude an athlete whose cycle isn't regular?

Irregular cycle is the normal for a young female, until the hormones balance out - typically late to very-late teens.  I personally had to go onto birth control pills when I was 13, because the bleeding was severely heavy, and happened when it wanted to, not 28 days apart.  The pill was the only resolution.  And now, that's probably going to be off the table for these girls, because of sheet stupidity and government trying to stick their ever growing nose into my personal business.

It's to make sure girls are healthy enough to participate and aren't starving themselves.

If a woman's body fat content drops too low, she becomes otherwise malnourished, is anemic, etc it will cause menstrual disruptions as an early symptom.

Asking about menstrual regularity and recent disruptions is a very basic women's health question.
