Can't say that I find alll that tremendously convincing. Other people who exhibited that sort of brash public confidence: Akili Smith, Johnny Manziel.

FTFA: While Hendon Hooker will not be able to see action in the Senior Bowl, he accepted the invitation to be there in order for him to speak with NFL teams down in Mobile, Tennessee.

I hope he does well. He can make the throws but it'll take time for him to adjust to a new system and rehab the injury. Give him a season or two as a back up and let him grow into it.

I always like the under-the-radar guys who were very good in college before their injury, and stayed humble.  Curtis Martin comes to mind.

This is self-marketing from an agent who knows a first rounder's rookie contract is a hell of a lot better than a 7th rounder's.
