Release Skyrim for Android so I can buy a game I've played for 15 minutes total for a third time.

In a couple years they'll release the Legendary edition with all the expansions and better artwork. The one you really want to hold out for though is the five year Anniversary edition with painted figs.

Or be a proper Skyrim player and buy all three of

It even has the board game equivalent of DLC, looks like there is a "Dawnguard" expansion, "From the Ashes" expansion, better miniatures expansion and more players expansion.  Not seeing the horse armor expansion though.

Sales tagline: "We know you've bought this nine other times for nine other platforms, so you might as well pony up for this one."

It has all the classes from the game as well, from the silent archer to the sneaky bowman

When you buy the board game, the clerk at the gaming store slips up behind you, slams you in the back of the head with a hammer. The next thing you hear is, "You're finally awake."

Hey, I'll have you know that my sneaky bowman is also good with a mace.

I don't understand how people make it through the game using the bow. I literally can't stop dudes from just running up to me and begging to be smashed in the face with my right hand.

Have there been any good board games based on video games?

Wow! At last a board game with only meaningless fetch/kill quests and the occasional opportunity to ankle bite a dragon to death, sound terrible.

Not sneaky enough.

Honestly I started playing as a stealth archer but after a bit I was playing as a dual wielding melee blacksmith/alchemist which took a bit more time to level up to being useful but once done was a lot quicker to kill things than creeping headshots.

If you max out your stealth and sneak attack, you can one-shot most enemies in the game.

I liked Portal: The Uncooperative Cake Acquisition Game.  It had some interesting mechanics.

Also Spaceteam, if you count that.

We're never getting Elder Scrolls VI are we?

I remember the heartwarming story of a Skyrim-playing granny from years ago and how she just wanted to live long enough to play ESVI, but now I find myself wondering if I'll still be alive.

It's supposed to currently be in development.   My guess would be 3-5 years at this point.

I'd actually say that the Spaceteam boardgame is more fun than the video game version.

I backed this  and received it a couple of weeks ago because it seemed like a pretty fun, somewhat lighter co-op compared to our usual games, and because the early bird Kickstarter price was pretty fair. This review is about what I expected of it, which is fine.
Haven't gotten around to actually playing it yet, though, because we also received Aeon Trespass around that time, which is one of the best board games I've ever played. Don't know how many hours the missus and I have sunk into that one already, but it's a lot, and we're not even halfway through.

after the disaster of fallout76 they decided, as a studio, that they needed a new engine to run future games on.

then they started to create a new engine and realized that
1. its hard to do
2. it means all the tools for modding and getting the public to fix their broken shiat needs to be redeveloped

bethesda's new biggest fear is releasing TES6 and having to actually build a whole game instead of 60% of a game + the mod kit so the public can finish iat for them.  they're not just building a new game and engine.  they're trying to rebuild 20 years of culture and experience as a company lol...

Sneak and Bow 1 shots literally everything. With smithing, alchemy, and enchanting your character feels like cheating without even exploiting the crafting loop. Even the starting dragon is made easy. Like Cyberpunk, you are given all the time in the world to like up a back attack headshot.

Tanking is fun though.

I just don't understand how you get to that point. Like I'm early game exploring that cave outside of Whiterun and I'm just killed over and over because the first shot just pisses them off and then they come and beat me to death unless I switch to the sword, which just increases my one hand skill
