I'm pretty sure "cowabunga" was out there before The Simpsons. Otherwise, a very cromulent list.

Wasn't Snoopy saying 'cowabunga' from California surfers heading out into the surf in the 60's?

I'll give them 'flanderize' and 'crisitunity'.  Those are useful additions to the language.  The rest - yes, even including 'cromulent' - are just silly.

Foilage.

This list is pretty sparse, and I haven't seen any Simpsons episodes produced after about 2002 or so.

If you click on it, it definitely says it predates The Simpsons. So does "meh", which comes from Yiddish.

Yes. Before he invaded Pearl Harbor.

https://www.sciencealert.com/homer-simpson-predicted-the-mass-of-the-higgs-boson-14-years-before-cern - despite the headline, it wasn't a very good prediction. 775 GeV vs. the actual 125 GeV. Since his formula is based on fundamental physical constants that's way outside any error bars.

The difference is one significant digit.

0.00000000200J = 125 GeV
0.^A24J = 775 GeV

The amount of energy that differs by is infinitesimally small.

There's a filter which looks for binary-encoded ASCII characters.

And you can't say "close enough" by choosing units which make the numbers look really small. The prediction is off by a factor of 6. In absolute terms, 1 GeV is roughly equivalent to the mass of a hydrogen atom. The difference between 125 and 775 of them is significant.

No Tomacco?

Also I think Don Martin was using "Yoink" many years prior to the Simpsons.

Simpsons is where I first heard "yoink".

Twice, in fact, before ever hearing or seeing it anywhere else.

I'd love to know what some of the other writer's room contests were. I'd always suspected that there were some jokes or phrases the writers included on a bet or something (e.g. try to work the phrase "golden showers" into an episode).

Re "D'oh!"

James Henderson Finlayson (27 August 1887 - 9 October 1953) was a Scottish actor who worked in both silent and sound comedies. Bald, with a fake moustache,[1] Finlayson had many trademark comic mannerisms and is known for his squinting, outraged, "double take and fade away" head reaction, and characteristic expression "d'ooooooh", and as the best remembered comic foil of Laurel and Hardy.

IIRC, Dan Castellaneta acknowledged that he was heavily influenced by Finlayson's reaction.
