I know a portrait photographer who lost his twitter account for using the word 'shoot' too many times. As in 'these photos are from a shoot I did with (person's name)'. He was banned for 'threats of violence' and despite a couple of pretty extensive 'please give (photographer's name) his account back, he's just a photographer, you idiots' campaigns he never did get it back.

Um, that's highly doubtful. There's currently hundreds of thousands of posts using the word/hashtag #shoot, as well as thousands of accounts with shoot in the name.

It may be completely illogical, but unfortunately that doesn't make it any less true. Although I did just double check and will make a minor correction: technically he wasn't actually banned, he was permanently suspended.
