Now, now. That's inaccurate. At least some people are inspired by each mass shooting to buy guns out of envy or jealousy instead of fear.

I actually predicted this today.  I was on a Fox News article about Florida's new Constitutional Carry bill and I replied to someone who praised it and Texas for having a similar law saying there would be another mass shooting in Florida and Texas this year.  I just didn't think there would be one the same day.

I should stop posting stuff like that.

I can assure you that despite your racist implication there is no race of people who generally engage in drive-by shootings. Or, for that matter, who commonly commit serious crimes. I would even say that the overwhelming supermajority of all people regardless of race consists of law-abiding people. This is why society hasn't collapsed into a Mad Max type state of perpetual slaughter.

Create a crypto based on the number of shootings, and then a inverse one on the lack of shootings.

Trade the Variable ratio between them.

The big upside from people outside the US is <removed, coz its weapons grade evil>

Uh I feel sick, tho it is as random as various other commodities mining (aka gold)

I don't think driveby gangbangers care whether they're legally carrying or not. And if drive-bys count then close to every state will have a mass shooting this year.

Lakeland's finest clearly want you to believe that this was a case of Those People shooting Those People, and hence no bull about the Second Amendment was necessary.

When America is Great Again, forget being able to vote, run for office or go to college---Blacks can count on being relieved of their firearms, Second be damned, along with any motorized vehicle worth more than $500. Purely to prevent their being used for criminal purposes, of course.

Considering that if I recall correctly less than 100,000 people die a year from gun violence and if I recall correctly there are less than ten thousand mass shootings in America every year, whoever opened the business that got a dollar for every single mass shooting in America would need welfare/social services to survive.

There's been more than one per day this year so far.  And every time it happens more cowards rush out to get their own home defense guns, even though the overwhelming odds are that if they shoot anyone they will shoot 1) themselves, 2) friends and family.  And then some of them go on to this.

We are in the NRA's ideal society, where mass shootings are normalized and highly profitable.

You're supposed to buy all of the ammo, not the guns themselves 'cause you already have a ton of bang sticks.  Can't hold off a siege when you run out of ammo.

Experimental Aircraft Association. Actually, the EAA HQ is in Oshkosh; the Sun 'n Fun air show, which is very closely associated with the EAA, is in Lakeland. There have never been any fatalities at Sun 'n Fun AFAIK, but on Mar. 31, 2011, fifteen people were injured.
