Him and his drum have been a fixture of Guardians games my whole life.  It just won't be the same without it.

No.  He got too sick to attend in 2019.  Several people filled in for him, including Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney.  They did mount a plaque for him at his spot atop the bleachers.
