Meteorite From Mars

I can imagine, back when Mars was inhabited and teeming with life, the redneck martians would get together and launch their homemade rockets into space. After a while, they got really good at it and would send payloads up. At first it was just rocks, then Moonthrob's beer-like beverage, and the neighbor's pet. After that became too easy, it was time to go for distance and Earth, being nearby-ish and nice and bright and shiny, became the target of choice, which is why we keep finding these things.

This fits perfectly with my theory that, at one time Alien civilizations did come here, but after we "evolved" more they stopped and instead placed a sign outside the heliopause of the solar system that says something to the effect of: "No intelligent developed life or M class planets here, avoid the area or upset the native shiat-flingers" and plays the song from the movie Deliverance.
