"It has come to our attention that you warming fish in the microwave is causing distress in your fellow coworkers. In the future we would appreciate it if would refrain from that behavior "
British workplace:
"Fark you Karen, don't microwave fish!!"

It may no longer be particularly strong language, but the F-bomb is still unprofessional language, best avoided in business discussions. I wouldn't want to work under someone who swore at me when I spoke out of turn. Few Farkers would.
