Your blog sucks. That said , Ojai is an odd place. The only dental practice I had been to that had a rather large sweet dog guarding the place. And by guarding, I mean sleeping in front of a door.

He told me that it's actually a running joke among employees and assured me they would never name an OS after Ojai.

I just wonder how much of these vote counting clusterfark shenanigans happens in rural counties across Florida and the rest of the U.S.? Altering/forgetting to count/counting ballots twice type of stuff? In these small counties/communities dominated by a single party with a local "boss" type local officials from wealthy powerful families there really are no checks and balances. You have to trust those officials involved in the process. A few votes miscounted in one rural county/district might not effect a state/national election; but when it is done in enough places, things add up. The Republicans are putting too much time and energy in their voter fraud shenanigans for it not to be projection in some form, if you judge them by past patterns of behavior

Ojai's always been real insular. If you all saw some of the private schools they have out in Ojai Valley (and I'm not talking Villanova Prep, that place looks like a peasant school compared to some of the others that are waaay back in the valley), your jaw would drop. The poor folks used to live about 10 minutes away in Meiner's Oak's or Oak View, but who knows if that still rings true.

Also, $28,000 to recount 3,500 votes? Eight dollars each? What the hell are they doing with them, having them framed? Also after so many clickbait articles that are just "title and photo" it was nice to see an in depth well written article that just went on and on and on, lifting every stone, counting every vote, parking every car, farking every cousin...
