phalamir: I think the only one of his actual wins I can think of is against Stormy Daniels.  And that is because her case was weak and thin.  Morally, she was in the right, but legally, the contract pretty much cut her off at the knees.

So, they won't indict a sitting president, so they have to cover up his crimes because it would be unfair to him to say he committed crimes, but not give him a chance to defend himself. Yeah, that's some logic there.
