Has he ever won a lawsuit ever? He could lose a lawsuit against Hannibal Lecter even if there was footage of his severed arm in Lecter's mouth.

In general, his wins are when he can outspend the other guy.  Like when he refuses to pay contractors and then slow-walks every step of the process.  The contractors doesn't haver the money/time to pay his lawyer for all the work and caves to stop the bleeding.  But, generally he folds like a cheap suit if the other side has resources.  But Trump actively ignores those when he touts his "abilities", ie "I win 100% of the cases I don't lose - I can't fail!"

I think the only one of his actual wins I can think of is against Stormy Daniels.  And that is because her case was weak and thin.  Morally, she was in the right, but legally, the contract pretty much cut her off at the knees.

Yeah I knew he never pays anyone but I didn't know how many he actually gotten sued for. And I forgot about Stormy Daniels. I think I blocked that whole scenario out of my head.

She almost got him, though. So close that prosecutors really thought about charging him:

So, they won't indict a sitting president, so they have to cover up his crimes because it would be unfair to him to say he committed crimes, but not give him a chance to defend himself. Yeah, that's some logic there.

-=-=-=

However, nearly all those details about Trump's role were missing from the indictment by DOJ officials, who softened the description of the former president in that document from "Co-conspirator 1" to "Individual-1."

"In DOJ's view, the Trump-specific language was superfluous and threatened to harm the reputation of an unindicted party," Honig wrote. "It would be unfair to Trump, and potentially damaging more broadly to the country, to effectively accuse the sitting president of a crime without affording him a formal mechanism to defend himself."

Federal law enforcement officials changed their view after the Jan. 6 insurrection, when acting U.S. attorney Audrey Strauss held multiple discussions with a small group of prosecutors to discuss their evidence against the outgoing president -- although they ultimately decided against an indictment, Honig wrote, because his post-election actions "made the campaign finance violations seem somehow trivial and outdated by comparison."

NO CONSEQUENCES. The criminal President is excempt from the Constitution and laws, and the Litigant in chief is exempt from all fines, punishments and consequences.

THE LAW DOES NOT APPLY TO TRUMP. Even when he assuults and rapes underage girls.

Oh, here is the national anthem of Trumplandia:

The GOP won't need the a 2024 presidential victory since they control SCOTUS and probably the Senate in 2025.

I can just picture Rachael Maddow saying "This has never happened before."

But he lost trying to enforce the NDA, didn't he? She lost her lawsuit against him for defamation and had to pay attorney's fees, but he didn't get to enforce his BS NDA to collect millions from her. So he got her lawsuit dismissed, but he lost his actual lawsuit against her.

Former President Donald Trump delivers a speech at the Ellipse on Jan. 6

I kept hearing that the speech was right outside the Capitol, but it turns out that they marched a whopping mile and a half and then up some stairs! Considering their monthly exercise is hoofing from the parking lot to the free motorized wheelchairs, I kinda see why so many of them had heart attacks.

Always important to remind those members of the "Blue Lives Matter" crowd.

They don't support the police, they support a group of people that they want to hurt those that they don't like.

Much like his claim that he won the Presidency on my first try, ignoring when he ran in the 80s and 00 and was laughed out of the primaries.

Working on it.

Two of them.

Roger Stone holds his arms in a "V" and pops up victory hand signs in a Richard Nixon style in this photograph with Oath Keepers members Graydon Young (far right) and Joseph "Ahab" Hackett (directly to Young's left).

Roger Stone poses with Connie Meggs and Graydon Young, two alleged members of the Oath Keepers militia, at a book-signing in Florida in December 2020. The other people in the photo have not been identified by CNN and their faces have been obscured to protect their privacy.
