I assume he's on a poorly restored old ship, sailing the world to avoid lawsuits and process servers just like his predecessor. Whether he has gone full Hubbard - inhaling pills and being 'tended to' by several 15 year old girls - we won't know until after he's dead and someone decides to talk.

It is truly amazing to me that here we have someone that literally is documented, in modern times, with actual traceable evidence, saying that the way to riches is to start a religion. And then he acts on the thing he literally said was a way to make money. And in making it up, made it truly ridiculous. Giving people naval ranks, talking about volcanoes and the auditing and thetans and all that. And somehow millions of people signed up.

This isn't something from thousands of years ago where we don't know if X or Y or Z existed or happened. This is last century and he literally said he was gonna.

Can someone enlighten me as to why they can't get an Order for Substituted Service. Is that not doable in CA or FL? In NJ if someone is actively evading service, you file a Motion with the court asking that the person be seved by mail or publication.
