So I feel like an idiot. I've been making falafel for probably the better part of a year at this point & the recipe calls for pepper "to taste" which I've been doing as about a quarter teaspoon of store brand ground black pepper. Then I put it in the blender with the other ingredients as I make the falafel.

I just realized today that it's cheaper to buy tellicherry peppercorns & I wind up blending them anyway. Why use tellicherry peppercorns? Well according to this website I found

but uh also, they taste better I guess? Is that worth mentioning, website? Or is it just random facts about how any black pepper does the same stuff?

I tried one of the corns, & can confirm that there is in fact a positive gustatory difference in the tellicherry's favor. Now I need to find some good vegan recipes using peppercorns.

Look, I am amazed at how unfazed (read: numb from seeing too much shiat too young) I am by most things, but I don't think I want to watch this. It isn't ok to be ignorant of the violence out there, but I feel the need to protect my heart and my humanity.

I'm going to say that he probably ran because he was afraid for his life.
And the police officers showed exactly why he was afraid for his life.

I am usually good about those little bastards but at 1am as I was heading to bed after transfering some more stuff, I went to throw it in the handheld and only half clicked it in, then it shot out vaguely in the workbench direction in the dark. 
Plus we are taking the kid out of day care already because it is just a festering pitri dish that isn't very suitable for a 4 month old. My parents just closed on their new place today and move the 9th. 
Did work juggle with Mom and Baby today because hand foot and mouth disease is apparently going around, and if he catches that it messes up our transfer to an in home nanny situation. 

Anyways, I found the thing. I am going to back it up now.
