Hydrocarbons are hydrocarbons as far as the cooking flames are concerned, the rotten shark meat though I would take a pass on.

Can confirm it's excellent.

The shark is interesting and tastes like a very ripe Brie rind with an ammonia component to it.  Being a strong base, it's great for acid reflux.  Chasing it with a shot of Brennevin is mandatory.  It's a caraway flavored liquor.

Viestad ackshoolee. Though I don't put it past Zimmern. New Scandinavian Cooking did an ep from Iceland.
