Sounds like the cops really farked that up. How do you not have a vehicle ready to block the guy from driving away?

Since they caught the driver and the guy saw him in handcuffs, they probably did just up the road a bit where it was out of sight, but he was too busy rolling on the ground at 10-20 mph to notice

The Mills-Peninsula Emergency Department in Burlingame said Frenzy didn't break anything but had "really bad swelling, abrasions, and bruising" on his right hand as well as "friction burns" on his back from rolling on gravel and "low blood pressure" for a while.

They went on to note that the only lasting damage would be to his bank account because he was foolish enough to accept medical care in the United States. Remember Britons, we do not have the NHS.
