That may be one of the dumbest listicles I've ever read, anywhere, and that's saying something. With one or two possible exceptions, one of which includes Raiders of the Lost Ark, there is absolutely nothing of merit listed. In fact, most of what's there appears to have been chosen with no other criteria in mind other than to be the worst choice possible. Which means this entire thing is nothing but a troll.

Raising Arizona has one of my favorite openings. It not only efficiently sets up plot of the movie, it also does an amazing job of setting the tone for everything that follows.

My favorite has always been the opening montage of "The Electric Horseman."  One Willie Nelson song along with scenes depicting the rise of a rodeo cowboy (Robert Redford) to repeated championships, then his slow decline to dealing with lifelong-lasting injuries, pain pills, and finally ending up as a shill for a breakfast cereal company....all in about 90 seconds.

That was my first thought.  They put on Revenge of the Sith for some reason.  I mean it has a fun action scene, but its not the same as the original.  The opening crawl followed by the HUGE star destroyer flying over gives a great sense of just how outmatched the rebels are.

I would throw on Raiders of the Lost Ark and Jaws too.
