So, the only case that Durham could have won in front of a grand jury was specifically the opposite of his purview as Special Counsel as defined by Barr.

The whole idea of a statute of limitations is starting to wear thin. Not sure what kind of example we're setting if people can do crime and be home free if they can just beat the clock.
