He should be, but he was held all damned day.   What hurts is that he has always had a bad relationship with refs and opposing teams are well aware of this and take advantage of it.   It's not right, but he brought a lot of it on himself.    Yeah, there is holding on most plays that is not called because it's an offense-oriented league, but Bosa has to learn to contain himself or it will get worse and worse for him and his teams.

Dammit!  Watched it, at 21-0 switched over to of all things, "Superfly" (wife and I on an 'old movies' kick).

A)  it kinda sucks, or is at least vastly overrated.

b)  I kept telling myself, "check the score, check the score", about an hour into the movie.  didn't.  movie ends. we watch some ofthe director's post-film comments.  still thinking, "i should check the score....."  didn't, obv.

then I say, "hey let's check the game!"  saw the final 45 seconds.  insane.  saw the last 15yd run to set up the FG.  saw the first 15-or so game minutes, then the last last 30-40 seconds.  missed one of the all time great comebacks.  gah!!!!!!

At one point in the second quarter Al Michaels made a comment about how the game wasn't going to overtime. Little did he know, he was actually correct.

yes, there were several "Tarantino"-isms in it.  not saying Superfly even invented it, just, yeah, the 5 minute tracking shot with 30 seconds of dialogue you couldn't understand (no, not a dig at Ebonics or whatever, just, it literally wasn't recorded very well in parts), then another 5 minute tracking shot, etc......

a fair study in 70s film but a failry thin plot streeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetched out endlessly.

Early on, he got away with a serious helmet-to-helmet on Lawrence that was not called.  Mack was making the original (clean) sack, then Bosa came in using his helmet as a missile into the QB's head.

In fact, the officiating started so heavily in favor of the Chargers with uncalled penalties that I was kinda' pissed just watching casually, and I don't give a rat's arse about the Jaguars.

If you re-watch on the NFL channel's replay later this week, it starts with the announcers repeating "this is playoff football, they're just letting them play."  The Chargers got away with so many defensive pass interference penalties (some of which led to what-should-have-been-illegal interceptions), it was becoming un-fun to watch.

I don't think the Chargers have any more standing to complain about the officiating than the Jags.  We can agree that the officiating was terrible, but it was bad for both teams.
