I don't miss smoking and non-smoking sections.  Dining out at a restaurant with my family is a lot more enjoyable than when I was a kid.

Of course, I remember when smoking was still allowed in grocery stores.  Even as late as Summer 2000, there was a grocery store in Delaware I went in that allowed it.

I quit smoking about the time they started taking it out of everywhere. I remember smoking on planes when I was a young adult. I didn't find the reek of smoke offensive at the time. Of course now I only have to be near a smoker for a few minutes (they don't have to be actively smoking) and I smell it on me for the rest of the day.

(Disgusting smell, wish I'd never started)

He hasn't promoted a specific brand. So it's technically not banned advertising.

But with his "opinion" show; he could easily say he prefers Virginia Slims after fellatio, and its just his personal opinion. Right?

Bizarre is the point. Making their opinions as absurd as possible is part of how they further the divide that keeps people on their side. Any reasonable person will have a hell of a time reaching anyone who believes Tucker, and that's how you create a loyal viewer and consumer

Mm-hm.  He reminds me now of when Bill O'Reilly really started to slip and became more and more outrageous before The O'Reilly Factor was canceled.  I don't know if it all gets to their head eventually or what, but that pattern is common among pundits.
