Boys, we have a product everyone loves.
Discontinue it!
The new fad is ghost pepper sirracha cilantro avocado flavor.
Make it till they buy it all up, then make more!
I'll be damned if I can sit by and watch this company use a functional business model for a guaranteed known quantity of profit.
Kill the line.

Crud.  I liked them.  Maybe the generic the grocery store sells will still be available.

Whatever, don't you dare kill my Chicken in a Biscuit and Better Cheddars.

/CiaB should be fine, they just put out a ranch flavor

Luckily, actual, regular (sober) Wheat Thins still endure.

Never cared for Wheat Thins. They're too, I dunno, rough? They rip up my mouth, kinda like Cap'n Crunch.

Time to bring back Sandy Duncan to pitch Wheat Thins?

CSB: late old man (f--k Alzheimer's) wanted some "fancy crackers" to go with some cheese we had.

Took him to his favorite used book store (he still could read at the time) and noticed a supermarket next door, asked if he still wanted his crackers.

"Yeah."

Go inside. California beach yuppie clientele and it shows. I'm figuring he'll go for some European brand dry stuff (those big round wafers or dark brown cut your gums rye/bread things) to reminisce his days in German wine country or French North Africa while in the 1950s Air Force, I used to see him get those kind for charcuterie (did they call it that in the '70s and '80s?) and Spanish olives when I was a kid.

Nah, just grabs some Ritz or Wheat Thins. Not even the flavored or stoned whatever. "Let's go."

Still makes me laugh.
