There are a few franchise locations out there that still sell them.  But they are few and far between and never seem to keep them on the menu long term.  Just a few weeks ago I stopped at a Taco Bell in a part of the city I don't usually go, and just happened to see it on the menu.  I half expected to be informed that the menu was an error and they didn't really have them, but by god it was for real.  Tasted just like I remember.

Of the 8 Taco Bells in any general direction from me, only 3 carry the chili cheese nastiness slice of heaven.

You do know why they changed it to chili cheese, right?  Chilito is slang in Mexico for little penis.  If you roll up to a Taco Bell and order a 'chilito' the staff working there will make fun of you.
