Of all the amazing things he's done, his workout regimen and longevity are up there. How his knees can take it are beyond me.

That there is a statistic.

offacue: That there is a statistic.

Yay for lazy journalism that could be autogenerated. Let's count the qualifications:
1) over 38
2) over 40 points
3) twice
4) consecutively
5) since Jordan
Yes this is an unlikely combination of all 5 of these things.

Not paying to subscribe to Stathead, so I don't have full results, but alternatively...

In NBA history, someone 38+ years old has scored 40+ points 15 times (it seems; usually when there are a lot of events, the preview cuts off at 20).

Two games into being 38+ years old, LeBron has 13% of all 40-point games scored at that age or older in NBA history.

Playing for a team that's 16-21, 4th from the bottom in the western conference.

HGH. There have been rumors about Lebron using PEDs since he was linked to the Biogenesis scandal.

Scorpitron is reduced to a thin red paste: How many players have there been over 38?

I'd guess maybe 30 or 40 but I'm not looking it up

....ya, but can he play baseball?

Here's a crazy stat for ya: If you made a list all the players in the history of the NBA named 'LeBron James,' 'LeBron James' has scored the most points out of anyone on that list.  Talk about record setting.  Wow!

Hey, we've got to do something to wedge LeBron into the week's sports headlines.  Now I'm off to find some fluff fact on Tom Brady that we can talk about for days.

He can break Kareem's points record.  Fewer than 500 points away now.   Kobe's missed FGA record is still safe for now.   He already owns nearly every career playoff record.

Yeah, he's a scrub.   Never even played minor league baseball while serving an unofficial ban for gambling.

2/10  would not draft.
