Considering how the railworkers were treated by the DOT and the rest of the administration, I imagine they're already working on a plan.

We effed up is canceling a couple dozen flights.  Abject failure is canceling 80% of your flights for multiple days.

We started at that and are probably still there. Already seen a few of the angry twitters bout how they're stuck at the airport for Christmas because a lazy union mechanic or what have you didn' want to work in the cold.

He (or she) has probably begged for software upgrades for years, but the CFO and CEO keep telling him that's it not in the budget. Very short sighted of them.
