Coulda gone out on top but he thought he could do it forever so this is how it will end.

Stupid, stupid man. Stupid.

His money will make him feel better later. But an idiot for extending one more pathetic year.

He looks like absolute sh*t.

F*ck Arizona for that.

I'm sick of Brady regardless but when the opposing team props up his ass...

One minute he is bashing Brady then the next he's the greatest of all time orchestrating the final drives to win the game.  Color commentator my butt

That was the first time I've seen Brady play this season and it was pretty ungood.

chris collinsworth is always speechless in my house.  I mute the volume.  I even turn off closed captions so I don't have to read what he is saying.  Can't do anything when they actually show his face, just suck it up and endure it knowing it will soon end.

And yet...he will still make the playoffs.

if you set your audio to "5.1 Surround sound" and unplug the center channel, you'll get all the game sounds and none of the announcers.

First? Oh he has had many times this year. Not all on him... lots of dropped passes. But he has not been sharp all year except for a few obvious winning drives...

That's the second time I'm been told that and yet I keep forgetting to set the tv up that way. I'm going to have to remember to try it

I mean, he lost a game to something called a "Mitchell Trubinsky"... how good can he be?

It only works if the game is broadcast in Dolby Surround-sound (which 90% are).  All of the national games and most of the "B-team" games are.  Occasionally you'll get a "C" or "D" announcing team that's in stereo only, in which case, the trick will no longer work.

I wish Chris Collingsworth was speechless about Brady. Hell, Brady was able to get downfield for those last few drives solely on the suction from Collingsworth's fellating.

The impression I got in watching that game wasn't that Brady has lost it. I'm not sure the coaching change did them favors. Te offense looked like a mess

You sound personally offended by the decision by Brady to keep playing.

Greetings 21st century people, I'm a time traveler from the future. What year I have I landed in?  Almost 2023?  Oh, cool.  2023 is a great year in history.  The Ukrainian army reaches Beijing.  Elon Musk commits suicide.  Trump and DeSantis have that knife fight on Pay-Per-View.  Oh, and 2023 is the year that Tom Brady guy finally figures out how to play quarterback and goes on to really sets the standard over the last 57 years of his career.

Just want to mention that when I said back in preseason that I thought Tom Brady had looked old at times during the playoffs last year and that he should have stayed retired, there were a few here who vehemently disagreed.

\Even for players half Brady's age, 17 games is a long season.

People always say this, but why does it matter? What does Brady gain by "going out on top"?

Professionally, Brady is going out as probably the greatest QB ever, and nothing he can do will change that. Tacking on a few poor seasons will lower his rate stats a bit, but they won't change his position.

Personally, his entire life is built around playing football. If he wants to play and someone is willing to pay him and put him on the field, good for him.

Financially he is still getting paid millions.

Because no one would be talking about how much he looks like sh*t every single week.

He did right by me for 20 years... as a person, not a fan, but as a football player? He was the best. Id like to remember him him at his best.

Not like this.

Michael Jordan is regarded still as the greatest basketball player ever. And he had this as his final moment.

Until he didn't.

Lots of sports players stay a bit too long. They've done it for their entire lives so you can't exactly blame them for wanting to keep it going as long as possible. I mean, I don't exactly feel BAD for them since they make millions doing this stuff and they can retire by 40 but still, I get the mentality of it.

gay porn with whistles?

I fully expect Brady to die a few years after retiring because all he knows is football and he cannot function without it.

I also expect Rodgers to die a few years after retiring but that's more a "hold my beer" and he does something incredibly stupid situation
