That was an interesting read

But eggnog is disgusting, even when it's cut with whisky

Sorry you feel that way about one of mankind's greatest beverages.

Be sure and have a blessed day.

Found out my city is completely out of eggnog the other day trying to get some to take for Christmas Day. Was too tired to riot about it though.

One of my buddies went on a drunken Christmas day rampage through the barracks. He didn't break shiat, just scattered everyone's stuff all over the place. I think he also broke into the pizza shop (where he was an employee) later in the day. As far as I can remember the officers and senior enlisted never heard anything about it but they could have been turning a blind eye because he didn't actually break stuff (like tvs, etc).

Hey, I don't like eggnog any more than the next person but rioting just because someone serves it seems like a disproportionate response...*reads article*...Holy crap, I get that West Point is Army and you're not getting the same calibre of student that you'd get in the Navy or Marines, but it's hard to imagine that even West Point cadets would drink that swill on purpose.

Why would you buy eggnog when it's so easy to make?

Time and effort. I have little of the one and zero energy for the other after working full time and also full time caring for my father who is suffering from dementia and other ailments. And I'm not in great shape myself body or mind.
