Won't matter.

Just like Russian Hitler demanded mass murdering terrorist-enabler Victor Bout to have his hostage Brittney Griner released, Russian Hitler wants a spy & murderer who's been sentenced to life in prison in Germany for Whelan.

Ugh. I hate this game. Does anybody know any speedrun cheats? Like a bug where if we send enough HIMARSes or some shiat, can we clip through the ground and land straight at the cutscene where we watch a snowy version of the Qaddafi video?

Thing is all those Russian idiots in NH/NJ needed was the right State department paperwork and about 4k and it would have been legal. Sounds like they got hit for the export violation due to false documents saying what it was and where it was going.

Putin, like Stalin, will die in his own bed. Quit defining impossible conditions as the only means of victory. The world is not a poorly authored morality play.

No black powder would work like shiat and you'd smell it right off. pistol powder loaded to the max in random rounds. You'd over pressure and wreck the guns and harm or kill the shooter.

Reminds me of when I use to sell used computer parts on ebay, mostly chips. This is pre war. People in the US or over seas would be wanting to buy them and have me ship them to Asia, eastern Europe or even Russia. Are you insane I'd email back. I'd be hit with export violations from the state department. And they're like no no we do it all the time is legal. I'm pretty sure a lot of people are buying that stuff in the US with fake names and then drop shipping it to places they shouldn't.

Stalin died on the floor laying in his own piss after having a stroke. The fact he was moved to a bed later is incidental.

What US made "sniper rifle" bullets would be going to Russia, and once they got there what good would they do?

The US and the Russians don't use the same small arms rifle calibers in anything, and the ones that are close enough to be used are known for sub-par accuracy in Russian made arms due to Russia's 7.62 bore being 0.314" instead of the US/NATO 7.62 bore of 0.308".

No US companies make precision projectiles or precision loaded ammo in any Russian caliber.

So what was actually being smuggled, without the scare propaganda language?

I'm imagining that these are probably bullets not everybody has access to.  Armor piercing, incendiary etc...

So many questions though.

Correct, but we have a SAE and Metric fark ton of ammo in this country. The number one buyer of Russian small arms ammo in the past was: The USA... which is also the number one producer and user of small arms ammo in the world. There are people here who could source rounds for Russian mortars because they have the tax stamp. Basements full of cases of good Russian 12.7 ammo imported legally before the ban.

HE. One primer breaks and no more soldier.

But thiere is no safe guard that only Russian snipers get this ammo. It's planting small land mines, setting up a trap that will do harm with out consideration for who uses it. A Ukrainian sniper, who found a stash of Russian ammo would be a consequence of doing this. Not to mention a farmer out for family meat using the ammo he found. Not a good plan, sneaky but with issues.

Treason has a specific constitutional definition, unlike most laws, one which is sometimes difficult to meet.

Article III, Section 3, Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

So, you need two seperate eyewitnesses to testify in open court that they witnessed them selling the bullets.  Things like financial paperwork, wire taps, etc., don't count.  It's an extra step that increases the chance of an acquittal or even a dismissal, when other laws have similar or stronger punishments but don't have the same technical requirements for a conviction.

Russia is hoist by its' own petard here. Because officially, at least as far as we can call statements from the Russian government official, RUSSIA has not actually declared war on Ukraine. Instead, Russia insists on calling this a "special military operation."

So despite all the aid we are giving Ukraine, semantically we can use their own statements and tell Russia that we are not helping Ukraine win a war. Nothing to see here, comradskis!

Huh? I mean, a case full of 3f in a 762x39 is about 40gr, leave some room for the bullet and it is about 35, which is the same charge as I use in my 44 bp revolver... so it would be a weak shot... and may not cycle the action completely... but an AK would kinda shrug it off and keep going.   Even if you left enough air space in the case so the BP actually kaboomed an AK probably wouldn't care ... because at that point you are at even less powder and while problematic for a weaker design like the open top colts of the 1860s the AK is used to dealing with 45k psi as normal operating pressure ...

As to BP being "dirty" to shoot? It isn't that bad... most of the "mess" is partially burnt powder mixing with whatever is being used as lube (crisco, unsalted lard/tallow/fat from various animals, olive or other veg oil, etc or god forbid petroleum products) especially if they are petroleum based 'cause that stuff gets nasty when shooting with BP.
