They CAN'T resolve it themselves because nobody is holding Trump to account, judge. That's the whole point.

"Does the court really need to get involved in this murder case? Just resolve it yourselves."

That was in response to:

The judge instead urged the Justice Department and Trump's legal team to resolve the dispute themselves, the sources said.

Anonymous sources claim that the judge punted, but the judge didn't say that, nor did DOJ.

There's probably some sort of wheeling and dealing going on they aren't releasing publicly, so take anything you hear from sources other than the court with a grain of salt.

There will be a court thingie to explain it when the time comes.

In many other cases, the DoJ has given TFG multiple chances to just do the right thing but he refuses, stalls, deceives, and the DoJ tries again. But the DoJ, or the J6 committee persist and eventually win in court. Part of why they have won is because of the record of them giving out 2nd and 3rd chances, and his record of resisting.

That is why he hasn't been arrested already. The case needs to be airtight.

I have no idea why this judge refused what should have been a ripe case, but it is why the process takes time. So at least try to understand why the DoJ hasn't arrested TFG already. They want a guilty verdict.

2022-12-09 7:43:07 PM
Ah so, instead of indicating him for violating the subpoena, the DOJ wanted the court to find him in contempt.

This says they have no intention at all of indicting Trump. None. They wanted the court to hold him responsible for the latest cache of documents, and the latest lie, because they aren't going to do it.

The judge basically told them to indict him or fark off.

This is beyond f*cked up at this point. Trump, of all f*cking people on Earth, just keeps inexplicably getting away with sh*t. Over and over and over again, for decades. Why can't a single f*cking judge hold him accountable for anything ever? What spell does this feculent pile of human refuse have over these people?

They're still not in compliance with the subpoena.

What a "justice" system.

That isn't what happened.  That is what Trumps lawyers told the Press

more then likely the Judge gave a timeline for Team Trump to follow, before holding them in contempt

DOJ knows there are more missing documents.  Might even know who last had them. They just don't know where they are. and want Team Trump say they have no more

Trump either doesn't know where they are, or gave/sold them away
Trumps lawyers refuse to lie for Trump and say there are no more.

The DOJ wants a sworn Statement there are no more documents before search other properties and maybe even a recent grave site

TFG has been disobedient or disrespectful toward everyone except his own cult members, this guy should be held in contempt of America.  Every second he walks around free, it does us all a disservice, it makes us look broken. DOJ, just arrest him, he has already committed multiple felonies.  Just like Alex Jones has proven, civil suits or monetary victory's over these skeeze-balls is not going to stop them, we need to throw them all in ass-fark federal prison, and not tomorrow, right now.

The DOJ could put a case together with a SINGLE classified document, especially one with a SCIF classification. There wasn't a SCIF at Mar a Lago. Furthermore, since Biden didn't give TFG a security clearance, TFG wasn't allowed to look at any of the classified info that was found in his possession.

The arrest could happen tomorrow based solely on what has already been recovered.
Whether or not TFG has complied with this particular subpoena is irrelevant to actually prosecuting him for mishandling classified info.

The DOJ hopes to get everything back, and if they prosecute now, TFG has no reason to produce the rest of the shiat he stole, except as a bargaining chip against prosecution. That's the only reason nothing has happened yet.

Put him in jail NOW pending the return of all documents. I don't think they would have to allow his lawyer to speak privately with him, as there's nothing the lawyer can say other than "turn everything in and you go home". Don't give him the time to hide the stuff. Search everywhere he's been in the past 6 years. Dig up Ivana. Search the kids and grandkids. Search all GOP offices, and the offices of any lawyer who has signed off on any of his paperwork. Search GOP politicians' offices.

Let the GOP know that the DOJ and FBI going to be up their ass 24/7 until those documents are recovered.

They can whine all they want; this is about national security, and we already know assets have been compromised because of this fat fark.

Giving that pharker seven or ten opportunities to comply makes a mockery of the entire system, and highlights the two-tier legal system in this country. ENOUGH!

Put them in jail until they comply. It's entirely up to them when they go home: comply and you go.

Damn straight.

With the caveat that I may remember some of the details wrong about the following, related story:

There was an incident where an employee wanted to get ahead on work, so took it upon themselves to take some documentation home and do the work from home (this was several years pre-covid). And of course, the documents were restricted. Can't remember if it was UCNI or TS or whatever, but ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE because this was noticed within HOURS. They found the person in their living room, just peacefully doing work on their own laptop with the files on the kitchen table next to them, while the FELON SIGNIFICANT OTHER was in the kitchen or some shiat.

Fiasco. And I mean they were cop knocking the door inside hours.

I think that person managed to avoid going to prison, but they were fired and their clearance stripped with prejudice.

This is now used as an example to scare new hires into behaving their damn selves.
