The card features the bantamweight Grand Prix semifinals (of which Stots vs Sabatello is a part), plus a rematch of the Carmouche vs Velasquez title bout.  Carmouche took the title from Velasquez in April, but there was controversy that the fight was stopped too early.

There are several other events tonight as well, including LUX, LFA, Budo Sento, BYB bare knuckle boxing, and freakshow fights at Rough N Rowdy 19.

It's funny to mock and all that but this reminded me that between Nick Cannon's various comedy gigs and all and apparently some sort of "music" career, with a number as large as 11 kids, a nonzero number of those chil'ren known Nick Cannon EXACTLY AS MUCH AS I DO! X(
