As a middle aged overweight dude with depression, a lower lumber disk bulge and arthritis, if I can for just an hour a week, so can you.  I'm going to add that many of us sit in a chair 8 plus hours a day to the detriment of our stomach and hip muscles.  The controlled breathing and self reflection helps with the depression, too.
