He serves a useful purpose. He's wrong nearly 100% of the time. Just inverse what he says (like the title). Far better predictions than someone who is right 60% of the time etc...

I just assume that when fund managers need to exit a position they get Cramer to drum up some buyers.  As long as the Nielsen ratings aren't terrible CNBC goes along with the scheme.
