"I'm an Air Force pilot, and so basically I just used all my pilot training skills to plan every mile of the race to have snacks and entertainment ready to go," he said.

Damn dude, we AF guys already get enough crap without you saying shiat like that.

So ... Go Air Force?

... pushing a stroller makes it hard, pushing a stroller with four people in there makes it near impossible, and then pushing a stroller with four people and making them happy really is impossible."

Trying to get four people to be happy at a given point in time is challenging enough.  Getting a 4y, 2y, and 2x10m to not scream their heads off for 48 minutes would indeed be a worthy World Record.

Well, I mean conversely if you show me someone that can keep 4 kids at once occupied, happy, healthy, and out of trouble on a regular basis?  Sure put them through pilot training - nothing's gonna seem complicated or too multi-tasky to manage after their typical day ending in y

And when I push kids their parents call the cops on me. I tell you, life is not fair.

Can't say it myself, but my father would likely agree that having sufficient entertainment and snacks for the trench monkeys riding in the back is important, so that they don't touch anything they don't understand (i.e., anything), is indeed probably a key skill in parts of the Air Force.

"A lot of people think the running piece is the hard part, but that's not the hard part," he said. "The hard part is actually the logistics of the kiddos, because making them happy is far more difficult than running 10 kilometers"

...or, hear me out,

If there's 4 kids in there and he's running, that baby train sure looks capable of tipping to the right.

Well I was looking at that picture all wrong (mobile). Other picture makes it look pretty safe.

Could have been worse. He could have done the race in a motorized recliner.

Can confirm, I have 5 and Mrs. VisualiseThis and I use a percentage scale as to how many of them are crying/displeased at any particular moment.  It usually hovers around 20% for us but it's never the same kid for too long of a stretch.
