I'll take my 3 bean soup how i like it.  But, I never get what I ordered unless I tell them "Vanilla Soy Latte"

I like soymilk.  I don't like cow's milk.  It's just a preference.

Coconut milk is pretty damn good in smoothies. Coconut milk, frozen pineapple, add etc, yumminess

The canned stuff or the 'coconut milk beverage' that's sold in cartons and closer to cow's milk in consistency?

I much prefer it to soy milk.  And it's white, so doesn't throw off the color of pudding when you're trying to match colors
