So I told Mrs Henry that Little Debbie products are being discontinued in Canucklestan so she immediately went out and mistakenly bought some Sara Lee mini-muffins thingees in a panic.
The old gal might be going senile on me.

saintstryfe: that's not fair to say 100 calorie packs are the same. Now some suck - Oreos have a 100 calorie pack that's just little chocolate crackers, they bite. But most are just regular snacks but portion controlled. As someone who's lost over 400 pounds, I can tell you that portion control wins over macros any day of the week for significant weight loss. I'm sure there's plenty of people who need to control fat grams or carbs, but if your goal is to go from a 42" waist to a 32", then just eat less. And those 100 calorie packs help a lot.

I have it on mediocre authority that you ingest 154 calories just by looking at the label picture of a Twinkie.
