Rivers of Blood got a small nerf a little while back, moonveil is now the toxic katana of choice. The real toxic stuff is the dual curved sword blood loss spam, or dual cross naginata

If you want to drive people insane tomorrow run a faith build with litany of regression. Let them stand there for 30 seconds buffing, wasting flasks, then dump all that away.

Now I kinda regret starting NG+.....Guess I can try to shortcut my way to the arenas. Good of an excuse as any to reinstall.

Elden Ring was okay. I wish iat had a more coherent story. The loops aren't very good and even if you're completely leveled things still kill you ridiculously easily.

people kept saying how much better it was than bloodborne but this just kinda sounds like bloodborne

You should be able to make a new character without reinstalling the game.

My favorite theme was the Diablol 2 series where all the monsters were just going about their lives having birthday parties or reading books and the 'heroes' would come in and fark everything up.

There's just a Barbarian yelling at a zombie until he drops something he likes lol

I played Demon's Souls, so I knew I was getting into something brutal. But holy shiat I thought being OP as fark would help.

It did not.

Doesn't that mean if you know the moves you can just cruise through without worrying about your level?

Yeah. There's a bunch of people that do "rune level 1" runs which means they just pick a starting class for certain weapons.

Here's one beating the "hardest" boss

Just here to say I beat Malenia today. Got to her last night. All in all about 3 hours of trying before I succeeded. Crazy thing is I one shot the Fire Giant in about 2 mins after hearing nothing but horror stories about. Now to head back that way to light the fire since I have the pieces needed for every ending and to even cleanse the frenzy flame. I really need to make sure to make a separate save upload to the cloud so I can just get the endings out the way.

Oh yeah I know. I just un-installed it after I got to the end. But now I'm afraid I'll get bit like I did with Bloodborne by starting DLC while on NG+. Some of those bosses were a nightmare (looking at you Kos) and would have been more easily handled on vanilla NG.

And love the game though I do, I'm not really up for another 160 hours of vanilla NG.

At least that's what I tell myself now.

I've made a few characters to keep at different levels for to be a summon helper. The open world makes it easier to just go get the stuff you want. There's no real need to spend as much time as a first play-through.

Helping people with bosses is a great way to farm runes that's more fun than farming birds or other mobs.

New DLC also includes two new hairstyles: dual battle braids and Harley Quinn.
