Who is dumber? The person who invested in the business or the people that will patronize it?

People have atrocious manners as it is. I can't imagine a whole room full of people slurping away and eating like cows chewing cud.

Isn't this idea at least twenty years old? It was never very good.

CSB: once had a roommate who, once a month, would buy a box each of Cap'n Crunch Peanut butter and Crunchberries, as well as a gallon of milk. He'd come home and dump both boxes into the biggest mixing bowl we had, dump in most of the milk, and grab a serving spoon.

He'd DEFINITELY go to this spot.

Yes it's old. It just seems new every time cause these places go out of business so fast that people forget or didn't even know they existed.

Remember when Ramen was all the rage with hipsters and they were opening up ramen restaurants everywhere? I wonder how many of those places are still open? Probably zero

Basically on every college campus around the country.

Nothing new about this. We had a bar in Boston back in the 80's next to Fenway Park that did this called The Breakfast Club.

This is nothing new to me. I have seen one in State College when I was a student at Penn State. Did not last long though.

Cereal bars are old news. Every single one of them were about individuality and the Saturday morning bowl of cereal while watching cartoons feeling. This owner is spouting the same trite nonsense as other cereal bar owners but with an extra emphasis on social media bullsh*t.

Yes.  Probably decades.
