I'm a Mets fan and I'm happy about the Verlander signing. But, it isn't going to make me miss my favorite player any less.

As a Phillies fan who was disappointed Verlander didn't continue his career streak of 0 wins in World Series Games, it was still cool to see how genuinely excited Kate was while rooting on the Astros. She was very into the games, booing all the calls that went against him, etc. Wasn't just there to be seen. Cool couple.

Also, looking forward to more frequent Schwarber-off-Verlander homers next season.
