Yeah, there's no way in hell that nobody has ripped that out and whacked somebody w/ it like a medieval flail.

We have a CamRa group here. The pub I worked at had 20 well curated taps of premium local and a 10% discount for their members. Every single one of them was a pleasure to serve and they all tipped very well.

Got new management that just bought the cheapest kegs and took away the CamRa discount... Yeah that place closed.

Interesting that they serve their ale directly from the kegs and don't use beer pumps. But having all of the kegs on the wall behind the bar makes sense, the place probably wasn't built with a cellar.

Note: CamRa is the Campaign for REAL ale. Most noted for not adding CO2 to the ale and serving it at cellar temperatures.  Using a very low pressure CO2 "blanket" to prevent oxidation is acceptable.
