Yes, interesting.  Why are people publishing a nice little story about Jerry Jones being positive about a former player?  Is the timing suspect?  Has anything happened recently?  Is there something about Sanders that would make Jones look better (less bad) in light of recent stories that might say the opposite?

That photo is so old, the Lions have won a championship since it was taken.  How about focus on any shiat jones has done in the last decade?

Michael Che had a good line about it Saturday:

"Ok, so maybe Jerry Jones was a racist back then, but would a racist own a team of the strongest Black men he could find to work on his field?"

The reason the while Jerry Jones thing isn't a bigger story is virtually no one outside of sports media cares, cowboys fans, cowboys haters, lebron wanting "fairness" to kyrie, and news people that get off on fanning racial fires.

Won't "block" Sanders?

What, do NFL owners somehow have the privilege of determining who is eligible to be hired by another team?

They can purchase "former racist credits" it's like carbon credits but devoted to the notion of social justice rather than environmental preservation.
