One of the bartenders I worked with years ago had been sober like 6 years, probably about 10 by now. One of the best bartenders I've ever known.

Still not sure I would trust a vegan butcher, former or not.

I knew someone who, after years as a vegan, went straight to paleo.  Her passion for telling people they should all be doing what she is doing did not wane one bit.

It's a lot funnier the way my buddy Dave tells it when he's had a couple shots.
