When (the other) Matt Ryan goes out to get the newspaper, he still gets sacked.

Matt Ryan, shooting 38.2...38.2 backwards... 2.83...move that decimal...28.3...28-3...okay. This story checks out.

If my nick-name was "Matty Ice" I'd ask everyone to please think of a better nick-name.

The real (NFL) Matt Ryan looks absolutely terrified out there. Frozen, so to speak, with fear. First four pass attempts vs Pittsburgh were almost interception, interception, sack, and interception, if I recall correctly. Something like that. Kudos to him for getting it together, almost.

He should retire and let some younger guy be the tackling dummy.

Also, Jacoby Brisset looks pretty serviceable in Cleveland, but since he's going to get benched for Mr. Happy Penis, he'll be available for someone eventually. Hopefully he won't get sent back to Indy, where he looked pretty serviceable.

Considering what happened to Andrew Luck (early retirement due to lack of O line), Rivers, Brisset, and the other half dozen, it certainly looks like Indy has a chronic O line issue, ever since Jeff Saturday retired. And hey, Saturday might be just the guy to fix it. After their center went out with an injury (same game vs Pitt), I laughed and thought coach might put a helmet on and do it himself. But he's lost a bit of weight.

Who's this O coordinator drawing up plays where the received goes short into zone coverage and then just stands there? That's amateur hour stuff.

It's funny because the story is about a relatively unknown guy with the same name as a well known former MVP in another sport.

Indy has a coaching staff?

I think it might have been Alec Sulkin who once tweeted that Matt Ryan looks like Deadpool with his mask on.

I doubt I will ever forget that.

Totally stealing this.
