I never saw those stickers around here, though I might have seen the sticky residue left behind by a removed one.

I also have no close living relatives that are Republican.

For the longest time, there was an Infowars sticker on the lamp post of a bar that I go to. It'd been there so long, that I actually got a little attached to it, and actually got a little sad when somebody finally took it down last month.

A friend of mine had a pack of those stickers, that he just had to show me. He considers himself a fine law abiding citizen. I got into a loud discussion about vandalism and how much it costs small businesses to remove their stickers.

I kind of hope it took the shine off his smugness.

The economy was still pretty much shut down due to the pandemic at that time and gas futures were in the negative also. You know the whole supply and demand free market thing.

Rural PA here, I ask if they are one of the "Pride Boys" when they start in, it usually stops them in their tracks.

Diesel obviously. But the cost to the trucking industry manifests in higher prices for just about everything, so people notice gasoline prices.

Unless your daily driver is a diesel. Although in my case, it's more like monthly. It coded two fuel injector circuits in early November and the best the MB dealership could do is Dec. 16th.

Not sure if serious.  Tar sands oil is very expensive, shutting down the expensive hard to get oil doesn't affect price.
