Difficulty: requires dry leaves. Had my place cleaned up last Saturday. Wind and rain over-night dropped more leaves, all soaked. Another wind storm last night, rained all day. Oh, well.  I'm glad someone's dogs have a chance to play in piles of nice, dry leaves.

I swear to god this video has ended up on Fark dozens of times over a period of more than a few years. But it doesn't get old, so no complaints. I don't remember the previous versions having people jumping in the leaf pile, either, so at least they're changing it up every now and then.

There might be more than one dog that likes leaf pile jumping, and all dogs jump leaf piles the same way.

It's the same dog. Or, at least, one of the three that appears at the end. They've been posting these for a while.

Definitely the same dog, but this the first time I've seen the humans partaking.
That bike flip looked kinda painful.

I occurs to me, in my 60s, that back when I was a child, in the 60s, that some homeowners deliberately put dog poop in their leaf piles to discourage us kids from jumping into them.

Always hear about people putting cinder blocks in them

what kind of malfeasant booby traps a leaf pile? that's some WWII PTSD level misanthropic shiat right there. and it's not even necessary: i once brained my own self jumping off a picnic table in a lay down and face the sky pose, into a leaf pile that was far, far less dense than i was. meaning i was dense to jump into too fluffy and unsubstantial a leaf pile. hurt than a mf, but i bet it was Hilarious from the sidelines.
this dog is so full of joy it spill-eth over and we all get some, and i love everyone involved for it

can anyone else no longer even 'like' w/o being subscribed to twizzler?

Nothing like the smell of dry oak leaves in the Fall. We had a double lot with several large oak trees and 2 huge elm trees. We also had a large open flat space. The neighbor kids would come over and we would rake up the leaves and lay out the boundaries of a large house in leaf rows about 6" high. When we got tired playing house, all those leaves would get raked into a big pile and we would jump into it. The smell as we crushed the leaves was something and to this day it is one of the strongest in my scent memory.
