realmolo: Wobambo: Finally caught season 5 and first few episodes of 6 at my last housesitting gig. Summer has become by far my favorite character, even if she accidentally made an incest baby with her brother. I hope the moving ahead on the canon story means they're working on some kind of ending within 1-2 more seasons rather than trying to milk it for as long as possible.

Back in 2018, Cartoon Network signed them up for *70* more episodes. There are MANY seasons left.

Personally, I gave up part-way into season 4. It just became crass for crassness's sake.  The appeal of the first couple of seasons was that it actually had interesting takes on sci-fi tropes, *and* was funny. After that, it was just trying to offend. But in the most juvenile and stupid ways.

Those first 2 seasons are almost all classic, though. And the third season had "Ricklantis Mixup", which is also a classic.

God....damn, I'm not going to make it through all those. I first watched the show as a binge through seasons 1-3, maybe even 4. Harmon does seem like the type to just start phoning it in after securing a generous deal like that (not really a slam, since I've embraced being lazy as a key character trait). The Mr. Nimbus and who pooped in my toilet?! episodes were so goddamn stupid, but the slut dragon one still almost makes me piss myself (especially Shadowjacker).
