The magaga infiltrator must be hunted down and made an example of.  Have Biden open up the powers of dark Brandon and gitmo to the native Americans and all natives world wide.  Use the powers of dark Brandon to cleanse the earth of evil.

Such contracts should have a clause that allows the station's owner to object to content like Steve Bandummy.

Ugh, there is an OTA channel in Kentuckistan that has that cursed channel. The 'pillow' douche was peddling his wares a while ago.

According the article everything aired was supposed to be approved by the tribe and this was not.

In an appearance on Nov. 23, Bannon told Kari Lake, the Republican nominee for governor, that she would eventually take office once the election results were either undone or redone.

Worked for Trump

A long time ago, in a county just south of here, there were like two off brand TV channels, 64 which was mostly the 700 Club and Gilligan's Island/GunSmoke reruns and channel 23.

Channel 23 was all over the place, B movies and used cars/Don's Guns commercials.  I remember a lot of Michael Dudikoff.  It was the channel you turned to when everything else was lost.  I could see 23 signing off on some subsidiary of a subsidiary that would let Bannon air his crap and then getting angry about it.  Cause fark it, they're channel 23 getting an asshat off their platform generates more acknowledgment/recognition than normal.

khitsicker: I'm gona guess who ever owns / runs the station sold the air time. Just a hunch though.

The station is licensed to an affiliate of the Tribe. They leased it out to a company that was going to provide an over-the-air TV service using the new broadcast TV standard. When that didn't work, the broker decided to lease time a couple right-wing networks without asking the Tribe if they approved of it first.

I think they've either tried and failed, or just have been rejected outright.  Did Bannon ever get to take over that Italian monastery?

Correction - It was to be a pay-TV service using the new broadcast TV standard.

I find it somewhat amusing that despite Max Headroom's breakout use of CGI, rendering Max's head would have consumed too much computer time so Max was in fact a person with makeup applied by the trowel-load and harshly lit to give the appearance of the distinctive low-poly flat-shaded polygon rendering characteristic of the era.

This sounds like that movie Used Cars with Kurt Russel where they hack a radio station and cover it with Car Sale comms. It was before computer so they literally had to tap a line out on a telephone pole or some such.

FTA: KGRX-TV has been airing Real America's Voice since at least April.

They should be monitoring their own broadcasts, right? They've had seven months to get this straightened out.

It's a low-power station, so nobody even sees it, except the entire Salt River Tribe, who are not likely to be influenced by propaganda.

Their business plan was low-power broadcast pay-TV on a channel that primarily serves a Native American reservation? That sounds like a cover for a money laundering scheme or an idea someone had a 3am after doing three rails of cocaine.

The station reaches most of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, so just like all the casinos they have (GRIC has three gaming facilities), they had visions of dollar signs in their heads.

Yes. If you'd RTFA, you would have seen the part about how rhey contract the programming out. It's really not hard to read, and it helps when you can't figure out how they would expect this excuse to work.

So, there you go. A quick primer on how reading the farking article will make you look like less of a tool.

You'd be surprised on how far low power stations reach when they're strategically located on a mountain used for all the big stations.

Then I'm sure that garbage is broadcast by other stations in the Phoenix area too.
Of course they let them have the airtime.  Nobody has any choice anymore.  I watched  a show about bitcoin that I swear was an ad--on PBS.  On Nova.  The show I formerly worshiped.
Today I see they were letting Susan Ormand sell financial advice on their fundraising time.

And let's not even get into "ask your smartspeaker to tune in" NPR.
