Soon? If you get outside of the cities it already does.

Oh, there will be bourbon, if just to numb being in Michigan.

Yeah but what if Utah starts to feel like Wyoming? You know what I mean.

Nope. I don't like 70 degree temps, period. If it stayed in the 60s, I'd be happy.

Did they ever turn kudzu in to biofuels?  Because, with Kentucky's weather, Michigan could become a major biofuel producer.

I'm actually 100% with you on this.  Plus, I'm not a huge fan of the sun.

I thought local weather and climate change were 2 different things? I guess it depends on if it suits your particular point of view.

We really need to increase wealth redistribution and get going on single-payer healthcare or this "climate change" thing is going to get out of control

Children born today are going to see a world on fire, if they happen to live a full life, which is unlikely, because of nuclear weapons.

not really but there are a ton of breweries, real distilleries and wineries all over the state.

i hate to break it to KY but the best bourbon i ever had came from TX.  The silver label version of this was better but they don't seem to be able to make it anymore.  I'm not sure why.

same and as i remind everyone every winter : the colder the winter the longer until the mosquitos become a problem in the summer.

i like winter though.  not uncommon for me to sleep with a window open in Jan.

Oh so much of this.  I am prone to over preparing my house here in Houston for freezes just because I know a couple of freezes in the winter might buy two weeks or so of additional mosquito free pleasantness in  March

If Lake Michigan had more time to cool off, you probably wouldn't have that 12" of snow right now.

Mukster: Oh, there will be bourbon, if just to numb being in Michigan.

I was gonna say, whoever posted this didn't realize how good Michigan is at drinking.

Also, this climate change will finally give a Michigan ONE amazingly good week.

Having lived there for more than ten years, I can say that people in Michigan are used to only getting one good day a year.  This will probably kill most of them.

And none of them will mind, because death during a glorious once-in-history week like that will be the feather in the cap of a life that couldn't have been any better.

Because they were in Michigan, it couldn't have been any better.

Don't get me wrong, I agree that winters in Michigan are not like they used to be.  This year is an exception to the rule.  Now, if you'd kindly take some of this snow for your own areas I'd appreciate it.

But with all the quality bourbons in the world (I have a handle of Basil Hayden's right now) why would I want shine?

I'm a lush, not a trailer trash alky.

Since we're cruising towards maximal climate devastation, might be a good idea to get in on the ground floor of creating some cloud forest-environment greenhouses for growing cacao and coffee in Georgia.

Hold up.  You mean Tim Allen and his Pure Michigan ads have been less than truthful?

He makes it sound like Michigan is 30s in the winter and 78 and sunny from May to October.

Fark that guy.

I heard they're naming a highway interchange after him. I'm tempted to ask if the lanes and ramps will be crooked, like most Oklahoma politicians.
