I dunno, if the price is right it might be worth it. I can't imagine paying full retail for brain surgery...

Our hot air balloon operator was ready with a subtle joke when asked how many times he'd done this.

Hey Subby... where exactly are brain surgeons expected to get experience that don't harm your sensibilities?

Well, if the brain surgeon is hot, and brain surgery isn't what I'm their first at, we can talk...

In all seriousness, modern surgeries involve a team of doctors. By design, any "first" surgery a surgeon performs is alongside several other surgeons who have years of experience not just with surgery-in-general but with whatever that particular surgical procedure is.

Same with airline cockpits. Even if the movie trope of the pilot and co-pilot both going unconscious during a flight, the remainder of the flight crew has the skills and experience to land the plane without incident.

So....yeah, turns out professionals do things the exact opposite way Musk "runs" Twitter.
