The Dominion case is civil. He's also got ethics charges pending, and he's still suspended from practicing law in NY and PA. There are federal and GA state investigations into his interference in the 2020 election.

This is not surprising ... despite his incompetence, the argument of "I was lawyering not lobbying" is a tough one to fight under the conditions of reasonable doubt.

The FEDs love their conviction rates to be super high and that could have been a loser.
