I always wonder what they think of us. Like, we're adorable, but we also kidnap them from their homes and put them in containment. I guess if a bunch of puppies locked me up in an artificial human habitat and fed me all the time, and a bunch of other puppies came to watch me, I'd probably be like, "Yeah, this is pretty cool, actually."

Advantage(?): With their prodigious memories they can totally remember everything they did while they were drunk.  Hope they have a similar capacity for dealing with regret and embarrassment.

Happens a few times a year.

Usually the destruction caused cracks me up. Cause come on, drunken elephant bender.

Squirrels in the Bitterroot were my favorite. They'd get smashed on fermented apples and fall off roofs and stairs. "It's OK buddies, we've all been there"

This sounds like the start of a great music video.  Just gotta get the right song to go with it.

Local wildlife officials reportedly woke up the heavy sleepers by beating on drums, and the hungover animals slowly got up and stumbled back into the forest.
